We acquired a 68.5-acre greenfield site unconditionally with an objective of securing residential planning consent. An allocation for some 350 units was subsequently secured through the Local Development Plan process and a detailed planning application has now been submitted. Approval is expected shortly. The site will then be sold to two national housebuilders.
