116 West Regent Street was purchased in March 2007, adding 27,500 sq ft (2,555m²) to our office portfolio.
A refurbishment programme was undertaken on the entrance hall and vacant floors, and a new Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) was established in the building following the letting of the first floor to 1Call Direct. Further lettings are underway.
