This shopping centre represents the core retail offer for Orpington and was acquired in October 2011 in joint venture with clients of WW Advisors and Ellandi LLP together with the adjoining former Job Centre (Crown Buildings). Miller Developments are leading the development proposals for Crown Buildings with the intention being to provide new large floor-plate retail units together with a cinema.
It is anticipated that a Planning Application will be submitted for Crown Buildings in Q2 2012 with a start on site in Autumn 2012 and units being available for fit-out in Autumn 2013.
