Miller Developments agrees new Synopsys lease

Synopsys, one of the world’s biggest electronic design companies, originally took occupation in the Alba Centre in 2001, and will remain in their existing 3,019 sq ft space at a rent of £47,000 per annum.

The Alba Business Park covers 96 acres just off the M8 near Livingston, and has already attracted companies including Scottish Water, NEC Computers, Canon, Epson and Plexus.

Miller Developments has recently started on site at Alba Business Park with the next phase of office pavilions, which will, when completed, total 31,500 sq ft and provide suites ranging from 1,700 sq ft to 8,700 sq ft.
