Retail Parks Portugal

Miller Developments established a 50:50 joint venture with Sonae Sierra in April 1998.  Sonae Sierra is Portugal's leading developer of shopping centres with an impressive portfolio, and coupled with Miller’s retail experience the ‘retail park’ concept was introduced to Portugal. 

This venture was Miller’s first outside the UK and delivered Portugal’s first retail park.

Retail parks have been completed at Sintra, Coimbra and Lima, work on Alverca is due to commence in 2010.
