Premier Outlets Center, Budapest
A joint venture with Raiffeisen Ingatlan Rt, the outlet center in Budapest was the first project to be rolled out under the ‘Premier Outlets Center’ banner.
Phase I, totaling 132,000 sq ft (12,000m²) opened in November 2004, whilst August 2006 saw the opening of Phase II, providing a further 55,000 sq ft (5,000m²) of retail space with additional car parking facilities.
Phase III 76,450 sq ft (6,950m²) opened in November 2007.
With over 100 units and 2,000 on site car parking spaces, the Center has a catchment of six million people within a 90 minute drive time. Tenants include Fila, Adidas, Nike, Levis, Mustang, Mexx, Sarar, Replay, Retro, Calvin Klein and Tender Milano.
Phases I and II of the Center were sold to Morley Aviva fund in August 2006.
