Pinsent Masons weighs anchor at Edinburgh Quay

The deal will see Pinsent Masons take over the whole of the third floor – 14,200 sq ft of the Quay2 office complex at Fountainbridge, Edinburgh.

Under the terms of the new 15-year lease, Pinsent Masons will pay a rent of £28.50 per sq ft. They are re-locating from Melville Street in Edinburgh’s West End.

Located in the Exchange District, Quay2 is the latest phase of the landmark Edinburgh Quay development, which is built around the basin of the Union Canal.
