Industrial

Omega North, Warrington

Miller, in partnership with Royal Bank of Scotland, fought off tough international competition to land this £1 billion, 30 year regeneration project from English Partnerships. The Omega site will create thousands of new jobs and form a major expansion of Warrington.

Planning permission has been granted by Warrington Borough Council for the first two phases for up to 3.1m sq ft (2.9m m²) of mixed offices and distribution along with the associated infrastructure on Omega North.

Omega North will offer a highly visible hub of industrial activity with up to 1.6m sq ft (1.49m m²) of B1c, B2 and B8 flexible and bespoke space on a freehold or leasehold basis, with direct transport links to the rest of the UK.  Prelets and presales are currently being sought to enable work on the development which is due to commence shortly with the first buildings available for occupiers in 2012.
