ng², Nottingham

ng² is a 30.9 acre mixed use development by Miller Birch, a joint venture between Miller Developments and East Midlands developer Peter Gadsby.

With a central location, ng² is adjacent to the junction of Castle Bridge Road and Queens Drive, and is set to provide up to 1m sq ft of office and retail development.

To date, over 300, 000 sq ft (27,871m²) of office accommodation has been built and let or sold.

The development is home to some of the UK’s largest names including, Mercedes Benz; Homebase; HBOS; HSBC; Experian; Bank of England; Coutts; CIS Insurance; Black Horse and Zurich, many of whom have had bespoke HQ buildings built on their behalf.

ng² has been designed will all occupiers in mind and requirements from 2,000 sq ft (185m²)– 200,000 sq ft (18,580m²) can be met.  

In 2008, Specsavers let 34,000 sq ft (3,159m²), Nottingham’s largest commercial letting of the year, and in 2009, Speedo announced it would be taking 43,000 sq ft (3,995m²) for a new Midlands HQ building.  The office completed on schedule in 2010, ahead of the 2012 Olympic Games, and will act as a show-case for the company’s many products.

Further development of 250,000 sq ft (23,225m²) is planned.
