The Mixed Use team operates throughout the UK, specialising in projects involving a blend of offices, retail, leisure and residential uses.  The scale of complex regeneration developments varies from 50,000 sq ft (4,645m²) to 7.5m sq ft (697,000m²).  Partnership is a cornerstone in the approach to mixed use and is undertaken with a range of public and private sector partners.

City Road Basin, Islington

Situated in one of London’s most fashionable and cosmopolitan districts, the freehold of 8.5 acres of land surrounding the Islington Canal basin is to be transformed into a stylish mixed use waterside development.  

Arena Central, Birmingham

A joint venture with Bridgehouse Capital formed for the regeneration of this 7.8 acre island site fronting Broad Street to provide a vibrant mixed use scheme. 

Edinburgh Quay

Multi-Award winning Edinburgh Quay set the benchmark for canal side regeneration and development in the UK, transforming the Edinburgh terminus of the Union Canal into a thriving cosmopolitan environment. 

Omega

£1 billion, 30 year regeneration project which will provide circa 1.5m sq ft of offices and hotel. One of the largest regeneration projects in the UK. 

Fort William - Am Blàr Mòr

A 100 acre site sitting at the foot of the spectacular Nevis Mountain Range which has been allocated by The Highland Council for a mix of uses including industrial, residential, retail and community.
