Acquired on a forward commitment basis and opened in November 2006, virtually fully let, Miller Developments added its first interest in Romania.

The 100,000 sq ft (9,290m²) center located in the affluent city of Brasov, around 170km north of Bucharest, has an impressive tenant line up over two floors and is anchored by foodstore Carrefour (formerly Artima), and electrical retailer Domo.
