Change of Use

A 120 acre Mixed Use site in Paisley, purchased in April 2011 from the administrators to Mountgrange (Linwood) Ltd. The site, home of the former Hillman Imp factory, has existing outline consent for the following uses: 300 houses, 14,000sqm of Class 4 Offices/Light Industrial and 50,000sqm of Class 5 Industrial.

The existing consent is currently being reworked to allow for the phased implementation of infrastructure to open up access to all areas of the site in time. Deals signed with Persimmon Homes and Greene King to develop first phase of 50 houses and a Cloverleaf family restaurant.
