An office, retail and industrial portfolio of 11 properties throughout England which was purchased in November 2004 for £42.9m.  

Simultaneous subsales of £18.88m were achieved with the remaining properties extensively asset managed throughout 2005. 

All of the properties in the Invesco II portfolio have now been successfully traded on.
