Change of Use

We have an option over 19 acres of land at edge of Haddington town centre for a proposed food and non food retail development.  The Local Plan Reporter concluded that there is a need for new food/non-food provision in the town.  

We have undertaken consultation within the local community and despite fierce competition from Tesco and Sainsbury's, our site has now been identified by the Council's Director of Planning as his preferred for the new foodstore allocation.
