This 32,000 sq ft (2,973m²) four storey speculative office development started on site in June 2008 and completed August 2009. With a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, Freedom House was the subject of Aberdeen’s largest letting in 2009 when Aker Offshore signed a 10 year lease for the building in its entirety.
Located in the Harbour area of Aberdeen, Miller Cromdale (joint venture with Cromdale Ltd) has been instrumental in working with the Harbour Board to see the regeneration of this particular area of Aberdeen.
Freedom House was sold in September 2011 to CBRE Investors.
