A nine-storey, £30m, high quality office development in Nottingham city centre by our Midlands joint venture Miller Birch has commenced construction on land acquired from the local authority.
The 105,000 sq ft development is on target for completion in September 2012. The scheme has been pre-let on a 15 year lease to energy giant E.On and was forward funded by local investor Leicestershire-based Charles Street Buildings Group.
The building will be the first BREEAM "Excellent" development in the city.
