New Edinburgh Ltd

New Edinburgh Ltd was a joint venture between Miller Developments and City of Edinburgh Council formed in 1990 which established Edinburgh Park, Scotland’s premier business park of 120 acres.

Another excellent example of long term successful partnerships which saw circa.1.3m sq ft of quality commercial accommodation built.

A railway station has been built at the southern end of the Park providing a new stop on the main line, opening up direct links to fourteen stations in Edinburgh, West Lothian and Central Scotland and connections to other stations such as Glasgow, Fife and Dundee, as well as linking into the Edinburgh CrossRail system to the east of the city at Newcraighall.
