Edinburgh Quay Ltd

Edinburgh Quay Ltd is Miller Developments first joint venture with British Waterways.  

Established to transform the area around the Lochrin Basin in Fountainbridge, completing the Edinburgh end of the Millennium Link project to re-open 110km of the Forth & Clyde and Union Canals, the £60m development created an exciting mixed-use development in the heart of the Scottish capital.  

Work on the first phase commenced in 2002, and the second phase was commenced speculatively in 2004.

Both the first and second phases have now been sold.
