Office

This landmark 76,000 sq ft (7,060m²) Grade A office building in Aberdeen’s Harbour District was snapped up by Petrofac, in what was the largest pre-letting in the Aberdeen market in 2006.

Miller Cromdale assembled the site for Consort House over a number of years and due to the early pre-let by Petrofac, was able to work in conjunction with them to create a state-of-the-art, bespoke, HQ building.  

In 2006, Consort House was the largest single new office development to be undertaken in Aberdeen for the previous five years.

Consort House was sold to Ulster Estates in Summer 2007.
