Centros Miller
A 50:50 JV with Delancey formed in 1999, Centros Miller undertook the majority of Miller's large scale town centre redevelopments in the UK.
Centros Miller quickly became a leading town centre regeneration and mixed-use development specialist and also made direct investments in shopping centres with potential for improvement through development and asset management.
Ten schemes were completed by Centros Miller prior to Miller selling its shareholding to Delancey in January 2008, including Arc, Fremlin Walk and N1.
Miller sold its stake in order to concentrate on its own retail business within the UK and enabling it to undertake a wider remit on all things retail.
At the time of the sale, Centros Miller had a development programme with a total value of more than £650m, assisting in the regeneration of over 2,250,000sqft (210,000m²) of space in town and city centres across the UK.
