Arena Central Developments LLP

Formed in 2003 Arena Central Developments LLP, a Miller Developments 50:50 JV with Bridgehouse Capital, was established to bring forward the Arena Central mixed use project in Birmingham, one of the UK’s largest city centre developments. 

The JV saw the two companies merge their land interests at the site as part of a £50m deal.

Phase one of Arena Central has been sold to Dandara who has secured planning permission for The V Building, an iconic Eric Kuhne designed 50-storey residential tower.
