Miller Developments will be undertaking a £10m redevelopment which will see the creation of a 24,000sqft office scheme, 91 bedroom Travelodge and 50,000sqft of retail accommodation. Three new Mid Sized Units to be created fronting George Street, available Q1, 2012. 11,000sqft has been let to Home Bargains.
