Miller Developments begins work on Alba Pavilions

When completed, the pavilions will total 31,500sq ft of office space and will be available to purchase or to lease. The buildings will feature fully flexible floorplates and, depending on size, occupiers will be able to choose from terraced, semi-detached or detached properties. Suites will range from 1,700 sq ft to 8,700 sq ft.

Planning permission for the scheme was granted in September 2007 and Miller Developments have appointed Ashleigh (Scotland) Limited to undertake the construction project, with the works expected to be finished by August 2008.

The pavilions are one of a number of ongoing developments at Alba Business Park, including Quintiles’ £7.5m, 132,000 sq ft development of a pharmaceuticals research centre.
