Following on from earlier successes in Abderdeen, Miller Cromdale speculatively developed the 40,000 sq ft (3,716m²) Admiral Court.  

The building is located in the Harbour District which is rapidly maturing as a key business address, and is a stone’s throw from the city centre, backing into the recently opened Union Square shopping centre.

The speculative build was fully let within four weeks of Practical Completion. Tenants include Aker, ENET and Wood Group.

A survey of occupiers within Admiral Court, many of whom used to work in out of town locations, showed an overwhelming preference for this location due to the proximity of public transport, city centre amenities and housing.  The close proximity to town adds to Admiral Court’s green credentials as occupiers have less reliance on their cars.
