New Tenant Chooses Alba Business Pavilions as Corporate Headquarters

Alba Business Park has kick-started the new year by welcoming a new tenant to Alba Business Pavilions, Livingston, on a 10 year lease.
Star Net Geomatics, a UK based company that provides a wide range of surveying, inspection and design services worldwide, has taken Pavilion 2b in its entirety, choosing Aba Business Pavilions as their Corporate Headquarters.
Alistair Mackenzie, Director, Alba Business Park, said: “We are delighted to welcome Star Net Geomatics to Alba Business Pavilions. Star Net chose Alba as the best location for their Corporate Headquarters due to its prime location, quality and affordability, making it the ideal business location for the company’s planned future expansion.
“This latest deal sees almost 70% of the available space fully let out, with other businesses showing an active interest in the remaining Pavilions’ space. Despite the current challenging market conditions, Alba’s reputation as an attractive, quality business park continues to be recognised by companies looking to settle in a prime business location.”
Following their successful partnership with Oce, Canon has also extended their lease in Systems House. The new 10 year lease on the ground floor will see staff from Oce’s current office location in Glasgow, relocating to Systems House, combining both offices into a new Scottish Headquarters.
Alistair added: “The new lettings at Alba are extremely encouraging considering the current market conditions. It is a compliment that Star Net Geomatics, recognised throughout the UK for their presence in the Telecommunications market, chose Alba as their Corporate Headquarters.
“Canon’s lease was due for renewal and we are delighted they, along with their new partners, Oce, chose Alba as their Scottish Headquarters.”
