Situated only five minutes from the centre of Solihull and only a short drive from Junction 4 of the M42, The Pavilions is proving a popular office location among smaller niche businesses that are benefiting from the proximity of key amenities, building efficiency and good transport links. Existing tenants include Touch Systems, Abel Alarms, FourstaR and the Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors.
Neil Finnie, Development Manager at Miller Developments, said: “With a BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating, we are proud that the Pavilions scheme is recognised as a sustainable development, offering efficient office space for modern occupiers. Developed to the highest specification, we have ensured that bike racks and showers are available in each self-contained unit to promote greener working environments and reinforce Miller Development’s commitment to the green agenda.”
Only five of the 12 Grade A office buildings are now available to buy or lease, with space totalling 18,000 sq ft across the five self contained two-storey buildings.
Adrian Griffith, Associate at GVA Grimley, said: “Given the obvious difficult market conditions we are encouraged by the occupier interest in The Pavilions, with only five out of the twelve buildings now available for occupation. The competitive leasing packages and purchase options, as well as ample designated parking and flexible open plan space are driving a high number of enquiries from smaller businesses looking for a high quality, reputable base.”
Miller Developments were represented by GVA Grimley and Trebor Developments acted on behalf of PhysioWorld.
