ALBA BUSINESS PAVILIONS RECEIVE FURTHER BOOST

Miller Developments has signed up Edinburgh Napier University to Alba Business Pavilions, Livingston.

Napier affiliate EDTC Technology Gateway, which provides innovative product development advice to companies and individuals throughout Scotland, will occupy a 4,405 sq ft unit.

Alistair MacKenzie, Director, Alba Business Park said: “Recent success has been the result of a combination of a very strong product and our ability to offer deals that are in line with the current market.  We are certain that this activity will further encourage other occupiers to our high quality business park.”

Following this letting, a further 4,405 sq ft unit is currently under offer, resulting in the Pavilions approaching 70% occupancy.

There has also been a recent rise in lettings at the Alba Business Centre with local companies such as WCEC Architects, Aggora Technical Ltd and Keppie Consultants, signing up.

EDTC join a strong tenant line up at the Pavilions in the Alba Business Park; the Jane Moore Trust, Bridge View Consultants Limited and Compass Catering.

Miller Alba was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle and GVA Grimley, EDTC Technology were unrepresented.
